Rupee remains stable at 95.37 ahead of RBI policy outcome
The Indian rupee closed nearly unchanged on Tuesday, trading within a narrow band. Importer hedging demand and FPI inflows supported the currency's stability. Caution ahead of the monetary policy announcement also influenced its movement. Brent crude prices remained between eighty and eighty-three dollars per barrel. The rupee settled at ninety-five point thirty-seven against the dollar.
