Sebi plans comprehensive review of rules governing SME IPOs
Mumbai: The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has planned a comprehensive review of rules governing IPOs by small and medium companies, its chief, Tuhin Kanta Pandey, said Wednesday.
