Rakesh Roshan leases out two commercial units of 5574 sq ft in Andheri west
Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan recently sealed a deal to lease office spaces in Andheri West to BeingU Studios, effective from August 1, 2026, with agreed-upon annual rent increments. Additionally, Roshan and his wife arranged for a residential rental in JVPD Scheme starting August 15, 2026, which includes a security deposit. Notably, they had previously leased commercial space to Fabindia back in December 2025.
