Tata Group-owned Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) on Monday said Oriental Hotels Ltd will be merged with IHCL through an all-stock transaction. The Boards of Oriental Hotels and IHCL have approved a Scheme of Arrangement to this effect.
