Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev stated a hacker used social engineering to access his X account. The fraudster gained entry by bypassing standard security features like two-factor authentication. This hack promoted a memecoin called "Vladhood" on Tenev's compromised account last week. The account was fully restored and the fake post was removed later that day. X has since implemented additional safeguards to prevent future security breaches on his account.
