9-month delivery delay, repeated defects: JLR told to replace Rs 1.57 crore luxury SUV

The commission ordered a replacement vehicle or a refund of Rs 1.57 crore. The dealer also faced liability for significant delivery delays and missing accessories. Compensation was awarded for mental agony and litigation costs.
