Noel Gallagher has received planning approval for an extensive renovation of his Grade II-listed mansion. The plans include a private cinema, gym, and sauna, among other luxury amenities. Structural issues such as roof leaks and damp are also being addressed during the renovation. Additionally, Gallagher aims to restore original historical features while using sustainable materials throughout the project. He owns other properties, including an 18th-century country mansion in Hampshire.
