NSE slashes IPO size to Rs 23,500 crore in revised Sebi filing
Mumbai: The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has filed an updated draft red herring prospectus (UDRHP) for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi), said sources familiar with the matter.The revised filing proposes cutting the IPO size to around ₹22,500-23,500 crore from the earlier plan of ₹30,000 crore, they said.
