Grandson of Chambal dacoit quits Netherlands job, cracks UPSC with rank 629
Dev Prabhakar Singh Tomar reflects on his family's history in Chambal and his grandfather's rebellion. After studying Electrical Engineering at IIT Ropar, he initially worked in the Netherlands.
