A family in Faridabad attempted suicide after suffering alleged physical abuse from an Indian Navy employee. The wife and three children consumed rat poison after the husband verbally abused them. As their condition worsened, the eldest daughter called for emergency assistance. All four family members were taken to a local hospital and later referred to a hospital in Delhi.
