25 Arizona voters wrongly flagged as noncitizens regain access before midterms
Twenty-five US citizens in Arizona have regained their voting access after being wrongly flagged as possible noncitizens. Their registrations were restored following court-ordered mediation between Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap and Attorney General Kris Mayes on October 23. The agreement ended a lawsuit over the restrictions, allowing the affected citizens to vote in the November 3 midterm elections.
