Shares of M.K. Sons Fine Jewels made their debut on the BSE and NSE on Wednesday, listing at 6% premium over IPO price. The stock opened at Rs 171 on BSE and NSE as compared to its issue price of Rs 162.The Rs 275.40-crore IPO was a book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of 1.36 crore shares worth Rs 220.32 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 34 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 55.08 crore.
