Elisa Donovan says she ‘wasn’t surprised’ by Brittany Murphy’s death
Clueless star Elisa Donovan has recalled her concerns about former co-star Brittany Murphy before her 2009 death. Speaking on the Still Here Hollywood podcast, Donovan said she “wasn’t surprised” by the news and remembered Murphy appearing physically unwell. Donovan said she suspected Murphy was dealing with an eating disorder and drug problems, while acknowledging they were not close friends.
