Delhi-NCR housing prices rise 12% in Q3, highest among top seven cities: Report
Housing prices in the Delhi-NCR region increased by 12 percent annually during the July-September quarter. This rise surpassed the collective annual increase of 7 percent seen in India's top seven cities. Higher input costs and a focus on luxury projects contributed to the price growth in residential properties. Despite a slight moderation in sales, housing demand remained robust in well-connected areas.
