HC rules in the favour of Janhvi, orders removal of obscene content from 5000 pages
The Delhi High Court has ordered removal of some online content targeting Janhvi Kapoor. The court clarified that personality rights cannot be broadly applied to restrict expression. It asked Kapoor's lawyers to narrow down unlawful content claims for action. Blanket removal requests for fan pages and dynamic injunctions were rejected by the judge.
