Denver’s historic Vault building, bought for $17.6 million in 2017, remains completely vacant despite a $22.4 million renovation. The 107,630-square-foot former bank building once housed WeWork, which left in 2021. With downtown office vacancies still high, the 119-year-old property is now being offered for office use, adaptive reuse, residential conversion or hospitality.
