US woman says co-op staff took her pets, hid dog's whereabouts; court allows lawsuit
A New York woman who accused co-op employees of entering her apartment without permission, removing her dog and cat, and concealing her dog's whereabouts can continue pursuing two legal claims. Nearly three years after the incident, an appeals court allowed her trespass and emotional distress claims to proceed. Court records indicated that her dog was euthanised after spending nearly two months at a shelter.
