Adani Energy launches Rs 3,500 crore QIP, sets floor price at Rs 1,698 per share
Adani Energy Solutions launched its qualified institutional placement to raise Rs 3,500 crore. The company fixed the floor price at Rs 1,698.15 per equity share for this issue. This placement allows raising equity capital quickly from institutional investors. Proceeds will fund capital expenditure and loan repayments. The company had previously approved raising Rs 10,000 crore via QIP.
