Paramount Skydance Corp. has initiated the sale of over $44 billion in bonds to fund its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. Following legal settlements, the company can proceed with the financing, which includes various debt tranches. The bond issuance is expected to be one of the largest corporate high-yield deals recorded. Initial pricing discussions have indicated a yield in the low-9% range for the long-term bonds.
