'Should be laughed out': T Mobile CFO on Musk's 'Starlink plan' for mobile industry
T-Mobile's CFO Peter Osvaldik stated Starlink Mobile is not a serious wireless threat. He criticized SpaceX's changing strategy and proposed infrastructure plans. Satellites face physical limitations in urban environments, blocking signals. SpaceX's plan for numerous small cell stations is deemed impractical by T-Mobile. Therefore, Starlink's challenge to traditional telecom operators is not currently convincing.
