Ravi Kishan wanted 'Ghoom Ghoom' to match Akshaye Khanna's 'FA9LA' energy
‘Mirzapur: The Movie’ song ‘Ghoom Ghoom’ has become a popular track, and choreographer Vijay Ganguly has revealed that Ravi Kishan wanted the number to match the impact of Akshaye Khanna’s ‘FA9LA’ from ‘Dhurandhar’. Speaking to Mid-Day, Ganguly recalled Kishan asking the team to “create some magical stuff”. He also revealed that the song drew inspiration from ‘Mehbooba Mehbooba’ from ‘Sholay’ and was filmed with Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyenndu and Sonal Chauhan in Jaisalmer’s bitter cold.
