'Mirzapur: The Movie' sequel in talks as film crosses Rs 180 crore in India
The success of 'Mirzapur: The Movie' has reportedly prompted Excel Entertainment to consider a second theatrical film in the popular franchise. After crossing Rs. 170 crore at the domestic box office, the makers are evaluating whether the characters can return to cinemas. The cast, director Gurmmeet Singh and writer Puneet Krishna are expected to meet producers Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani to discuss potential ideas, while the fourth season of the series remains in development.
