After confirming its authenticity, the buzz around the watch attracted collectors from all over, culminating in significant bids. Renowned collector Eric Ku eventually acquired it for more than $35,000. This fortunate sale supported Norris's wedding plans and allowed him to obtain a cherished timepiece, with some proceeds given back to Goodwill.
