Delhi High Court orders removal of 'Kala Hiran' teaser after Salman Khan objections
The Delhi High Court has ordered the removal of a film teaser along with any associated promotional content following an objection by Salman Khan concerning the unauthorized use of his image and likeness. The court indicated a clear violation of his personality rights. The filmmakers, however, denied these allegations, claiming their project does not depict a biographical account. All materials must be deleted within twenty-four hours.
