Homebuyers, take note: These Indian cities saw housing sales rise in Q3
During the July to September quarter of 2026, residential housing sales in India revealed contrasting trends across major cities. While the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Bengaluru reported a surge in transactions, Pune and Chennai faced notable declines. A total of 1,14,320 new residential units were introduced in seven cities, with average property prices climbing 7% annually.
