However, recent discussions between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and SAD leader Sukhbir Singh Badal have led to renewed speculation around possible tie-up. After the meeting, SAD, whose electoral fortunes have waned significantly, changed its perspective on delimitation. The BJP is reportedly keen on dominating any potential alliance.
