R.K. Fashion Accessories IPO opened for subscription on October 5 and will close on October 7. The Rs 34.99 crore SME issue has a price band of Rs 77–82 per share and a lot size of 1,600 shares. The company plans to use proceeds for working capital, expansion and new retail facilities.
