Man uses dog's leash to strangle pregnant wife before dying by suicide
A Bengaluru carpenter strangled his pregnant wife and then died by suicide in their rented home. The incident came to light after the house owner heard loud fighting and then silence. Separately, a 20-year-old housekeeping staffer was beaten to death by relatives over a match. The youth was attacked after a volleyball game and succumbed to his injuries later. Police are investigating both incidents and searching for the accused individuals.
