Vishal Jethwa has reacted to reports that 'Shakti Shalini', starring Aneet Padda, could be postponed to 2027 to avoid a box-office clash with Shah Rukh Khan’s 'King'. In an exclusive conversation with The Free Press Journal at FICCI FRAMES 2026, Jethwa said he had “also heard the rumours” but stopped short of confirming the speculation. The Maddock horror-comedy is currently scheduled for a theatrical release on December 24, 2026.
