Paramount and Warner Bros finalise merger; to be named Skydance
Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery have announced the completion of their merger into a new company named Skydance. David Ellison will lead the newly formed entity as chairman and CEO. The merger aims to combine their extensive entertainment franchises, including popular streaming services and television networks.
