Centre notifies grievance redressal rules under VB-G RAM G Act, sets 15-day resolution deadline
The Centre has officially introduced grievance redressal protocols as per the VB-G RAM G Act, 2025. Complaints must receive resolution within 15 days, with preliminary inquiries to be conducted in seven working days. Individuals can lodge grievances through various methods, ensuring that all complaints will be recorded. Complainants will have the opportunity to present their cases, and issues that remain unresolved shall be escalated for further scrutiny and resolution.
