Asian Games: Seema, mixed relay win athletics medals; Roshibina bags Wushu silver
India enjoyed a strong medal-winning day at the Asian Games 2026, with Seema winning bronze in the women’s 10,000m and the mixed 4x400m relay team claiming silver. Seema’s medal was India’s first athletics medal at the Games and the country’s first women’s 10,000m medal since 2010. Roshibina Devi added another silver in the women’s 60kg sanda event, securing her second successive Asian Games silver and third overall medal at the continental showpiece.
