Jennifer Lopez became National Ambassador for Grameen America in 2022, working to promote financial equity. The organization focuses on helping low-income women build small businesses and obtain microloans. As a result of their efforts, $8 billion in loans has been disbursed to support over 291,602 small businesses. Grameen America aims to expand its program to reach 750,000 entrepreneurs in the next decade.
