Delhi hotels, eateries push for stricter audits
New Delhi: Hoteliers and restaurateurs in Delhi NCR are circulating Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) checklists with hotel and restaurant associations urging members to undertake internal audits and adhere to vendor registrations.
