CAS effect: Pre-open session rules to change from today. What changes for investors?
The National Stock Exchange will change the way orders are placed in the equity market pre-open session from September 7, while keeping the overall 15-minute window unchanged. The pre-open session will continue to run from 9 am to 9:15 am. But the order-entry window between 9 am and 9:10 am will now be split into two parts.
