The Jennifer Lopez-admired Holmby Hills estate is now under contract after many years. This lavish property, formerly owned by Max Azria, had a steep price reduction. Jennifer Lopez had previously considered purchasing the grand estate on two separate occasions. The 2.8-acre compound features extensive gardens and a glass-enclosed tennis court. The deal has not yet closed, and the final sale price remains confidential.
