Bike paid for, but registration papers never came: Dealer told to pay Rs 13K
A state consumer commission ruled a motorcycle maker is not liable for a dealer's failure. The complainant bought a motorcycle but never received registration documents. The commission found the dealer solely responsible for the paperwork lapse. Honda was removed from joint liability for the dealer's omission. The dealer remains responsible for compensation and refunding the full amount.
