Peak XV, Nexus set for 7-9x returns from Turtlemint IPO share sale
Turtlemint has set a price band of Rs 144-152 per share for its Rs 883 crore IPO, which opens on June 19. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 660.72 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 221.94 crore at the upper band. At the upper end, the company will be valued at about Rs 4,513 crore, or $475 million, lower than the $900-950 million valuation, or about Rs 7,000 crore, at which it had raised funding in 2022.
