SC notes positive progress in mediation between Rani, Priya in Rs 30,000 crore dispute
The Supreme Court noted encouraging progress in the mediation concerning the Sunjay Kapur family estate. After six sessions, the involved parties are nearing a consensus, paving the way for resolution. The RK Family Trust will temporarily handle the costs associated with the mediation. The court urged parties to engage constructively to avoid the need for prolonged litigation, extending the mediation period until November 2, 2026.
