Madhu Kela-backed fund invests in Steamhouse India IPO as company raises Rs 124 crore from anchor investors
Steamhouse India raised Rs 124.2 crore from anchor investors, including funds backed by Madhusudhan Kela and Sunil Singhania, ahead of its Rs 414 crore IPO opening on September 9. The issue, priced at Rs 77-81 per share, comprises a fresh issue of Rs 353 crore and an OFS of Rs 61 crore.
