Delhi HC dismisses plea against notices to actors promoting pan masala
The Delhi High Court dismissed a plea by PB Agro challenging Maharashtra FDA notices. These notices were issued to actors regarding alleged surrogate promotion of a pan masala brand. The court stated the matter did not fall within Delhi's territorial jurisdiction. Maharashtra was deemed the appropriate forum for raising objections and grievances. The petitioner failed to establish cause of action arising in Delhi.
