Adidas India hits the news with major layoffs
Adidas has begun layoffs at its India Tech Hub in Gurgaon, with an estimated 350 or more employees affected, media reports said on September 16. The reported job cuts affect nearly half of the hub's workforce of around 700 and include software engineers, data scientists and data engineers.The layoffs were announced to employees during a town hall on September 15, according to the report.
