Shakespeare Ranch, a historic estate in Lake Tahoe, has struggled to find a buyer since listing. The property was initially priced at $188 million but has seen a price reduction to $125 million. Potential buyers are now interested in purchasing parts of the estate instead of the entire property. The main house, called Water’s Edge, is for sale at $39.5 million and features extensive amenities.
