Jantar Mantar No Longer a Protest Site! Delhi Police Names 3 New Venues For Protest | Plain Speak
Delhi Police has removed Jantar Mantar from the list of designated protest venues and named three alternative locations for demonstrations: Ramlila Ground, Burari Ground and CBD Ground in East Delhi. The decision was announced on October 12, 2026, through a standing order issued by Delhi Police Commissioner Anurag Kumar dated October 11.
