Pennsylvania couple saves 78 acres, blocks 109 homes from being built
A Pennsylvania couple, Paul and Cynthia Black, bought 78.3 acres in 2022 with preservation in mind. The property is now permanently protected through a conservation easement, expanding a 236-acre corridor. Their broader conservation efforts across three contiguous projects have eliminated plans for 88 houses and 21 condominiums, preserving farmland, woodland and clean water.
