CWG: Gold medallist Lamboria named India’s flag-bearer for closing ceremony
Jaismine Lamboria will carry India’s flag at the Commonwealth Games closing ceremony after winning gold in the women’s 57kg category. The 24-year-old also won bronze in Birmingham in 2022. India will officially receive the Commonwealth Games handover for Ahmedabad 2030, with the ceremony highlighting Indian culture, shared values and the country’s connection with the Commonwealth family.
