MHA scraps 34 CISF posts after withdrawal from Patanjali food and herbal park
The home ministry has issued orders for the abolition of 34 sanctioned posts of the CISF at Patanjali Food and Herbal Park. This decision follows the withdrawal of CISF security services, which took place on May 4, 2026. The CISF had been providing security at the site since June 2015, after a violent incident. The ministry also instructed the CISF to ensure all outstanding dues are settled with the management.
