Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has seen impressive financial growth, with sales bookings skyrocketing by 66% to reach Rs 1,988 crore this year. The second quarter alone saw bookings rise to Rs 1,063 crore from Rs 752 crore in the previous year. While tax expenses increased, net profit for the September quarter stood at Rs 16.34 crore, and total income surged to Rs 104.
