In a devastating turn of events on I-80, 23-year-old Sebastian Stone was tragically killed by a tractor-trailer while he was changing a flat tire. The driver, Kuljeet Kang, has been accused of recklessly fleeing the scene after allegedly being distracted by his phone. Kang is now charged with reckless homicide and failing to stop following a fatal accident.
