US fighter jet strikes cargo ship in Gulf of Oman as Iran blockade tightens
On Saturday, US military forces took decisive action against the Panama-flagged M/V Ocean Molica, which failed to heed blockade warnings. The vessel was targeted in the Gulf of Oman after departing from an Iranian port, as reported by US Central Command. CENTCOM has been enforcing the naval blockade for over three months, resulting in the disabling of four commercial vessels and turning back 135 ships.
